Where Wealthbox and Salesforce actually differ.

  • Price and setup

Wealthbox starts at $59. Salesforce at $325.

Wealthbox is $59, $75, or $99 per user per month across Basic, Pro, and Premier, and most firms set it up themselves. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is $325, $500, or $700 per user per month, billed annually, and Kitces notes it takes significant resources to set up before a firm can use it.

  • AI and notetaking

Both charge extra for the notetaker.

Wealthbox’s AI Notetaker is a $49 per-user add-on on every plan. Salesforce’s Meeting Concierge is included only in its $700 Max edition and sold separately on Core and Advanced, where Agentforce for Financial Services is another $150 per user.

  • The third option

    One plan, AI included.

Slant includes the notetaker, AI chat about any client, AI automations, intake forms, and document extraction in one plan at $150 per seat. No tiers to climb, no add-ons, and no implementation partner.
