GoTo Connect + Slant
A GoTo Super Admin connects first, then each advisor connects their own GoTo user and line. Slant syncs SMS and group SMS, call logs, voicemails with available transcriptions, and available recordings and transcripts.
Start a call from Slant and GoTo rings the advisor first, then bridges to the contact. Texts and calls appear on the Phone tab of clients, prospects, other contacts and businesses, matched by phone number. After the first sync, new messages and calls sync automatically.
Common use cases
Text clients from their record
Send from the Phone tab, start from an SMS template filled with the client's details, and pick which of your numbers to send from.
Opt-outs handled for you
Replies like STOP mark the number as opted out and block further texts. START resubscribes it.
Voicemail on the record
Voicemails and available transcriptions land on the matching client's Phone tab.
