RingCentral + Slant
Sign in to RingCentral and grant Slant access. Slant syncs up to seven years of texts and calls, plus available RingSense transcripts and AI call notes. Click Call on a record and RingCentral rings your phone first, then connects the client.
Texts and calls appear on the Phone tab of clients, prospects, other contacts and businesses, matched by phone number. After the first sync, new messages and calls sync automatically.

Text clients from their record
Send from the Phone tab, start from an SMS template filled with the client's details, and pick which of your numbers to send from.
Opt-outs handled for you
Replies like STOP mark the number as opted out and block further texts. START resubscribes it.
Recordings and transcripts on the call
Play a recording with its searchable, timestamped transcript, or read RingSense notes.
Meetings from transcribed calls
Turn on automatic meetings, and a transcribed call with a matched person becomes a meeting in the book.
